Lifetime Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee — UAE

These terms apply to new orders where supplied before purchase. Existing orders retain the terms, warranties and more favourable binding promises applicable when ordered. A website update does not change an existing contract. Mandatory rights take priority over any conflicting condition.

1. Guarantor and scope / الضامن ونطاق الضمان

The UAE seller and guarantor is ORION BESPOKE LUXURY ECOMMERCE - FZCO, operating the VORELLI® brand; licence 54543, issued by Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority; VAT TRN 104868785700003. Registered address: Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Customer correspondence: VORELLI® Studio, 504, Floor 5, Sobha Ivory 1, Business Bay, Dubai. Email sales@vorelli.ae; telephone +971 58 565 1225. This is a separate seller from VORELLI LIGHTING LTD in the UK. Return destinations must be coordinated before dispatch; the studio is not automatically a return warehouse.

For new VORELLI-branded lighting expressly sold with this Lifetime Warranty for delivery and use in the UAE, cover begins on delivery and lasts while the original purchaser owns the product. Where the accepted trade order identifies the first end client as beneficiary, that named client holds the benefit while it owns the product; otherwise the contracting buyer holds it. This does not automatically transfer to later owners. Any mandatory warranty restart on replacement or extension for repair downtime remains applicable. This definition applies only where supplied before purchase and does not narrow a lifetime promise already made. Residential use and suitable commercial use disclosed and agreed before purchase are covered. Export territories and partner-brand products follow the express guarantee in the accepted order, with mandatory seller obligations preserved.

2. Covered parts and exclusions / الأجزاء المشمولة والاستثناءات

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects in metalwork structure, fixed internal wiring, lampholders, LED drivers and other supplied non-consumable functional components under agreed use. LED bulbs, replaceable LED strips, batteries and consumables are excluded from this additional lifetime cover; faulty or misdescribed consumables retain legal remedies. We can quote for compatible consumable replacements. Any more favourable replacement-fee promise already made is preserved.

It does not cover damage actually caused by misuse, impact, incompatible supply or controls, incorrect independent installation, inappropriate cleaning, unauthorised modification or use outside the agreed rating. Normal wear, gradual patina and natural variations consistent with the agreed description are not manufacturing defects. An unrelated alteration or installation does not void unrelated rights. We remain responsible for our own goods, advice and instructions and do not dismiss premature failure or safety defects as normal wear.

3. Claims, repair and spare parts / المطالبات والإصلاح وقطع الغيار

Contact us with purchase evidence, model/reference, problem description and safe photographs. We may request relevant installation or maintenance information or arrange assessment. Do not perform unsafe tests or continue using an unsafe fitting. Registration, original packaging and the original paper receipt are not mandatory where purchase is otherwise reasonably evidenced.

For this additional guarantee we provide an appropriate repair, replacement part or equivalent product acting reasonably on safety, availability, cost and inconvenience, without charge for the covered component and necessary standard UAE transport. No materially different specification is imposed without agreement. We cannot restrict a different remedy you are legally entitled to choose. If a suitable repair or replacement is unavailable, we agree an appropriate alternative without limiting statutory rights. Discontinuation does not automatically end a claim.

We confirm the maintenance scope, timetable and applicable warranty in writing, honour required spare-part and repair periods and provide any temporary substitute or compensation required by UAE law. Where the UAE consumer rules apply, regularly demanded spare parts are provided within seven days of request and irregularly demanded parts within fourteen days, subject only to legally recognised exceptions; a commercial agent’s distinct statutory obligations are not substituted for ours. If a covered repair exceeds seven days, we provide a similar temporary product free of charge or expressly agree another lawful compensation arrangement, unless the fault is attributable to the consumer. We apply mandatory warranty commencement, replacement and downtime-extension rules. Qualifying recurring faults entitle the consumer to the statutory replacement or refund remedy; we do not insist on unlimited repair attempts. For paid maintenance or upgrades we provide a scope and price for agreement before work; no paid substitution is imposed for a free legal remedy. This written mechanism is available in Arabic and English on this page and in a copy you can keep.

This additional guarantee does not automatically include routine installation, specialist access, lifting, removal, reinstallation, decorating or project-delay costs. Costs recoverable under the contract or law remain payable as required. Contact us before non-urgent remedial spending; urgent reasonable safety action need not wait. Agree component compatibility, technician, scope, price and warranty treatment before LED-strip soldering, rewiring or driver changes.

4. 30-day satisfaction and mandatory rights / ضمان الرضا والحقوق الإلزامية

The additional 30-day guarantee for new consumer purchases of standard goods, including catalogue goods manufactured after ordering, is governed by the Returns & Cancellation Policy. Notify within 30 calendar days after delivery (final delivery for split orders) and return within 14 days after notice unless collection is arranged. Goods must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, complete, undamaged and resaleable with protective packaging or suitable equivalent. The disclosed direct return cost is yours; eligible goods are refunded without restocking fee within 14 days of receipt, subject to earlier legal deadlines. Original delivery and completed services are excluded under this voluntary guarantee alone.

Genuine bespoke/personalised goods, business purchases and separately performed services are excluded from this additional change-of-mind guarantee unless an express promise or applicable law gives a right. For this additional guarantee, a legal person qualifying as a consumer under applicable UAE law is not excluded merely because it is a company; the business exclusion operates only outside that protection and where no express guarantee applies. Existing broader guarantees remain binding. Fault, damage, misdescription, safety and other statutory remedies remain additional, including for bespoke and installed goods where applicable.
